Barbecue Garden

Our first night in Vietnam, our awesome hotel recommended to us a restaurant around the corner from the famous Ben Than Market for dinner. The place was lively with a more western than authentic feel, but it did have a pretty cool gimmick. They brought raw marinated meats to your table, and let you (or required you to) cook it yourself on the barbecue grill embedded into the middle of the table. Pretty neat and pretty yummy. The service was pleasant enough, although it took a minute to actually figure out what the heck was going on.  But at this point, we were too tired to complain about service, let alone about how the chef overcooked the beefsteak (my bad :).
