Up Down Up Down


We haven't really had a hard time finding ways to get in cardio, as you really only need to put on decent shoes and pretend someone is chasing you.  So we skipped the expensive indoor gym (pictured above) and didn't really utilize the local gym (pictured below) to its full potential.   However, strength training proved to be a bit trickier, so I improvised.
