First Pho

Not our first pho ever, but the first time eating it in the dish's country of origin.  It was super duper, but I of course ate one of the chiles...bad move. About 40 minutes later, I had stopped crying (literally), and I was able to feel my mouth and taste food again. The pho was awesome, and yes, I will most likely do that again.
