We stayed in the best little hotel in Ho Chi Mihn City. The Ruby River Hotel was so super. There were three front desk employees, all about 18-years-old, and they all worked together behind the front desk... ALL of the time. And they were ALWAYS smiling. It was a great welcome to have such nice hosts at our first Vietnam hotel. Didn't get their photos. But a fun fact, just like most/many of the buildings in the city, this one was like a mini-skyscraper in that it is about thirty times as high as it is wide.
Oh, and Dad, remember that crazy Super China Buffet we went to in Seattle? The complimentary breakfast in our little hotel is basically the same thing. It's super, but I'll need to run a few extra miles.
